Both Lite and Pro take 4 weeks. This accounts for the volume and complexity of coordinating all event touchpoints across print, merchandise, social, and video. Work begins immediately after kickoff
No. Copywriting is not included. You provide all event messaging, taglines, and on-design copy — all finished and ready to design. If you need help with copywriting, we can refer you to Stellaris1, our sister brand.
Yes. All packages include a maximum of 2 revisions per asset. You can request changes to layouts, color adjustments, copy updates, or visual direction. Beyond 2 revisions, additional changes incur extra charges. Provide comprehensive feedback at kickoff to minimize revision rounds.
You receive: (1) Print-ready PDF — high resolution for professional printing of banners, flyers, and posters; (2) Mockups — visual previews showing all assets in real event context; (3) MP4 videos (1080p) for teaser content; (4) Editable source files for future use.
Yes. All source files are fully editable. After the project ends, you can update event details, dates, copy, or colors without starting from scratch. The visual system is built to be adapted for future events or campaigns.
Your scope, deliverable list, and size specifications are locked at kickoff. Minor copy updates are fine, but adding items, changing sizes, or restructuring the visual system mid-project will delay your timeline and require additional charges. Lock your scope before we start.
